  Traveling through on Vacation and we decided to stop and dine in. ( Group of 5 adults) They seated us all within a minute of walking in the door. We all had a few drinks from the bar, ordered large portions and even deserts. Everything came out quickly and exactly how we ordered it. Food was cooked to perfection. Staff was amazing and friendly. Everyone was so nice. They do not deserve such a low rating. They are knowledgeable of the menu, and gave great opinions as to what they enjoyed. If I could take this Ruby Tuesday back home with me and trade it for mine I would. I will definitely stop in next year on our trip again. Five out of five stars. And wish I could give more! Great place!

  It was packed on one side for soccer teams. When we arrived the hostess acted as if she didn't want to be bothered. She saw a table for us and advised us that we would have to wait for the waitress to remove the glasses and wipe it down. I felt she could have done that as the waitress was very busy and all the hostess did was walk away to talk and laugh with another employee. The food was not all that spectacular. Drinks are not refillable. Fruit punch, not refillable really.

  Went to this location to eat alone sat at the bar tables and no one ever came over to acknowledge me. I noticed that a couple came in right after me and sat at the bar , was greeted and served drinks. After waiting a few more minutes and no one came to ask what I wanted or welcome to Ruby Tuesday. I decided to leave and take my business elsewhere. As I was walking out the door I did make mention to the female manager on duty at the time. She seemed to not care and kept working .
  
  I ordered the new big burger from here a couple of days ago as a take out. The burger was well done burnt. I didn't enjoy it like I had previously when they first came out. The fries were cold. 14 bucks wasted. Never again
